From Waterbury via the highway, take I-84 westbound to exit 17 (Rt. 64) Go to the the traffic light and turn right on to Rt. 63 north. Continue 2 miles. The Gym is on the right across the street from the Honda car dealership.

From Southbury via the highway, take I-84 eastbound to exit 17 (Rt. 63). Turn left at the bottom of the exit onto Rt. 63 north. Go straight through the light (unless it's red) and continue for 2 miles. The Gym is on the right across the street from the Honda car dealership.

From Waterbury via the back roads, go up Bunker Hill Ave and turn left at K-MART on to Route 63 South. Go 1/2 mile and the gym is on the left just after Chase Parkway Volvo-Subaru.

From Naugatuck via the back roads, take Route 63 north, past Hopbrook Dam. Continue through Middlebury to Watertown. The Gym is on the right across the street from the Honda car dealership.

From Naugatuck via the highway, take Route 8 north to Waterbury. Then take I-84 West to exit 17 (Rt. 64) Go to the the traffic light and turn right on to Rt. 63 north. Continue 2 miles. The Gym is on the right across the street from the Honda car dealership.
